On the 22nd of January, children in Years 5 and 6 participated in the ISG ArtsFest held on the Dhahran Campus. It was an extremely successful venture enjoyed by all SVS students in attendance. Here are some of the things they had to say about the event:
“When I walked in there was a riot of colour; it was breathtaking. There were also examples of stunning art and lovely performances. I really enjoyed the warm hot chocolate and hope to go back soon.”
“I really enjoyed the ArtsFest! It was a thrilling experience; the paintings were amazing!I loved it all.”
“Going to the ArtsFest was a great pleasure. All of the paintings were so beautiful and creative and it was all so well done. I really enjoyed my time there. I enjoyed making crafts for other kids, making friends and having hot chocolate with marshmallows.”
“At ArtsFest, my three favourite things were: making paper aeroplanes, seeing my sister and I enjoyed the food”
“I had fun and I liked the lady who wrote calligraphy. I really liked the hot chocolate, helping kids do origami and the paintings in the auditorium.”
“All the pictures were amazing. There were lots of people to meet...”
